About Teresa

Hey there! So glad you stopped by! My name is Teresa Warner. I am an Army wife and mother of 7 beautiful children. I have so many wonderful blessings in my life and would love nothing more than to share them with you.

I graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science. My area of concentration is Cardiac Rehabilitation and Health Fitness Instruction. I enjoy reading and writing…especially blog and journal type material. I come from a large family and have lived all over the country. One day I will make my way to Ireland…and maybe stay there awhile. I LOVE movies! I also absolutely LOVE to get lost in a good book! Jane Austen is my good ol’ standby and Jodi Picoult is my current fave. I’m also a huge Nicholas Sparks fan!

I love my country…I love my family and I love my God (not necessarily in that particular order). I like things simple. When things are simple it allows a person to take in their true beauty. I am hoping that my experiences and the way I present them through my blog will inspire growth, education, wellness, and laughter. I would absolutely love to hear your comments on my writings, as I also enjoy a good conversation…and sometimes debate.
